BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

DRAFTER (DFT)

  • You will be responsible in preparing the design shop drawings of interior design projects.
  • Male, max 27 years old, D3 / S1 graduate in Interior Design. Min 1 year experience, preferably with retail design background. Fresh graduate with GPA min. 3.00 are welcomed to apply.
  • Able to operate CAD 2D and 3D. Knowledge in operating 3D designing-program and Photoshop is an advantage.

INTERIOR DESIGNER (INT)

  • You will be responsible in the coordination & implementation of interior designing projects.
  • Male/female, max 30, D3 / S1 graduate in Architecture / Interior Design with 2 -3 years experience, preferably with retail design background.
  • Able to operate CAD 2D and 3D. Knowledge in operating 3D designing-program and Photoshop is an advantage.

INTERIOR FIT-OUT SUPERVISOR (IFS)

  • Your main responsibility is to implement the design assignment according to the company standard & requirements. You also have to monitor the overall site activities, follow up and report every project progress status, ensuring that all projects are implemented according to the approved plan. You should be able to do cost & material estimation for the projects.
  • Male, max. age 27, S1 in Interior Design or Architecture with at least 1-2 years of similar experience. Should be able to operate CAD and MS Office. Fluent in English, verbal as well as written. Hardworking, trustworthy and willing to travel.


STORE OPERATION

OPERATIONS SECRETARY - to be stationed in Makassar (SEC-MKS)

  • Your main role is to support the store operation in all administrational matters, as well as in coordinating store-related activities.
  • You should have good communication skill and fluency in English, verbal & written. Excellent in operating MS Office.
  • Female, min. D3 in Secretary, max age 26 and min 2 years of experience.

STORE CASHIER/KASIR (SC) - to be stationed in Jakarta (SC-JKT) or Makassar (SC-MKS)

  • Male / female, max. 23 years old, min. high school graduate. Experience as a cashier is an advantage.
  • Min. height is 158 cm (female) and 168 cm (male).
  • Pria/wanita, maks. 23 th, pendidikan min. setara SMU/SMK. Diutamakan yang telah berpengalaman sebagai Kasir min. 1 th. Ramah, jujur, teliti dan memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
  • Berpenampilan menarik & proporsional. Tinggi badan min. 158 cm (wanita) dan 168 cm (pria).

SALES ASSISTANT/PRAMUNIAGA (SA) - to be stationed in Jakarta (SA-JKT) or Makassar (SA-MKS)

  • Male / female, max. 23 years old, min. high school graduate.
  • Min. height is 158 cm (female) and 168 cm (male).
  • Pria/wanita, maks. 23 th, pendidikan min. setara SMU/SMK. Ramah serta memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi & ketrampilan menjual yang baik.
  • Berpenampilan menarik & proporsional. Tinggi badan min. 158 cm (wanita) dan 168 cm (pria).

ADMINISTRATION (ADM-MKS) - to be stationed in Makassar.

  • Male/female, max. 25 years old, min. D3 graduate.
  • Should be excellent in operating MS Office, and have good command of English, both verbal & written. Should have at least 1 year of experience in administration field.

OPERATOR TELEPON / RESEPSIONIS (OPR) – untuk penempatan di Makassar

  • Wanita, pendidikan min. SMU/setara, usia maks. 25 tahun
  • Memiliki kualitas suara yang baik. Pengalaman sebagai Operator telepon, Penyiar Radio, MC atau Resepsionis merupakan nilai tambah.

TEKNISI (TEK-MKS) – untuk penempatan di Makassar

  • Pria, min SMK Listrik/Mesin, usia maks 30 tahun.
  • Pengalaman sebagai Teknisi minimal 1 tahun.
  • Menguasai tentang listrik, plumbing dan maintenance.
  • Lebih disukai yang berpengalaman di retail/hotel.

DRIVER (DRV-MKS)  - untuk penempatan di Makassar

  • Pria, min. SMU/setara. Usia maks 30 tahun.
  • Memiliki SIM B1 dan berpengalaman sebagai Driver / Supir min. 1 tahun.

SECURITY (SEC-MKS) – untuk penempatan di Makassar

  • Pria/wanita, min. SMU/setara, usia maks. 25 tahun
  • Pengalaman sebagai Security min. 1 tahun.
  • Tinggi badan minimal 158 cm (wanita) atau 168 cm (pria).


MARKETING DIVISION

ADMINISTRATION (ADM)

  • You are responsible to assist the brand marketing team in administration aspects and in coordinating with internal as well as external parties to ensure the department function is well-implemented.
  • Female, max 27 years old, preferably Bachelor Degree/S1 in Business Administration or Marketing. Should have good communication and coordination skills, and good command of English, both verbal and written. Excellent in operating MS Office. Should have at least 1 year of experience in administration field.

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO)

  • You will be responsible for the execution of all aspects of Public Relations (customer and media). Also responsible for copy-writing in bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Female, max. 28, min. S1 graduate in Communication. Min. 3 years of relevant experience with strong fashion sense and knowledge of current retail and media industry. Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR (VMS-MKS) - to be stationed in Makassar

  • You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of visual merchandising / display in one of our stores.
  • Male/female, age between 23 - 27. Min. D3 graduate in art or design with min. 1 year experience in related background, preferably in retail industry. Has flair for fashion and interior decoration.


HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (HRD) – to be stationed in Jakarta (HRD-JKT).

  • As the HR representative stationed in one of our stores, your main function is to ensure that all HR policies & procedures are well implemented.  You are responsible for handling personnel administration, HRD income and attendance data, as well as maintaining staff facilities & attributes (lockers, cafeteria, uniform, etc).
  • Male / female, max. 26, min. S1 graduate with 1–2 years experience in human resource/personnel administration.
  • Your communication skill should be excellent, both in Bahasa Indonesia and in English; and you should be thorough with details. Strong computer skill is required, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.


FINANCE DEPARTMENT

TAX OFFICER (TAX)

  • Male/female, max 27 years old. Min D3-Accounting.
  • Min. 1 year experience in Accounting field and knowing in handling taxes.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word)
  • Working experience in a department stores is an advantage.

TREASURY OFFICER (TRE)

  • Your main responsibilities are managing company’s monthly cash flow & daily monitoring of account payables & receivables. You are also expected to maintain good & profitable relationship with merchant banking, as well as to manage daily credit-card flow. You should be able to operate MS Office and to communicate in English.
  • Male/female, 25-30 years old, min. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, with at least 3 years of experience in finance-related area. Retail working experience is an advantage.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (ACS)

  • Female/Male, max. 27 years old. Min. D3-Accounting.
  • Min. 3 years experience in Accounting field and knowing in handling taxes.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word).
  • Working experience in retail industry / department store is an advantage.

FINANCE SUPERVISOR (FIN)

  • You are responsible for checking and ensuring that all activities within your sub-department (account payable / account receivable) are well-implemented. You should be able to operate MS Office and to communicate in English.
  • Male / female, max. 30 years old, min. Bachelor degree in Finance. Should have at least 2 years related working experience.

FINANCE STAFF – to be stationed in Jakarta (FIN-JKT) and Makassar (FIN-MKS)

  • You are responsible to handle the checking & documentation of internal as well as external payment voucher (cash, bank, petty cash), to maintain & prepare reporting of cash on hand, and to prepare reconciliation report.
  • Male/female, max. 25 years old, min. D3 in Accounting / Finance with min. 1 year of experience in the same position.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office is required. Experience in retail industry is an advantage. Should be able to communicate in English, verbal as well as written.

 


 
All candidates should have good command of English, both written and spoken. Be computer-literate, especially in operating MS Office. Working experience in retail industry will be an advantage.
